Boarding and Day Care
Going on vacation or out of town on business? We'll be happy to take care of your pet while you are away. We also provide Day Care for working pet owners and visitors from out of town. Because choosing your pet's "home away from home" is an important decision, we invite you to come and visit our facility (by appointment, please!) and meet with Jim personally to discuss your pet’s needs.
Our home is located right next to the kennels, so we can keep a very close eye on your pet. Our indoor-outdoor kennels are heated and air-conditioned and are cleaned and sanitized daily. Cats are welcome, too! We have a separate, private room for our feline guests. We encourage you to bring along your pet's favorite toys or treats. Because we believe that exercise is so essential for your pet’s health and well-being, especially when staying away from home, several periods of daily exercise are provided for each of our guests. The fee for this service is included in the daily rate. Please feel free to call at any time during your pet's stay and we will be happy to give you a report!
For your pet's protection and to create the healthiest kennel environment, we ask that you provide a current health record from your vet. Your pet must be current on all vaccinations, including bordatella (for dogs); have had a fecal examination within the last six months; and be on a flea preventative (we recommend Frontline Top Spot Plus). Please bring along a supply of food for the number of days your pet will be staying with us. By eating familiar food, your pet will feel more at home and will not have to undergo unnecessary dietary changes. Our boarding fee is $15.00 per day for dogs and $9.00 per day for cats.
